How Long Does It Take?

Normally, you should receive your order within 5-8 days after we receive your order and prescriptions. Below is a ranking of prescription order methods from fastest to slowest.

  • Fastest method is to have your doctor call us directly during business hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm PST

  • Have your doctor fax us your prescription anytime, even after business hours.

  • Have us transfer your active prescriptions from another pharmacy. As long as your prescriptions have refills remaining and have not expired, transferring is a very quick method to get your prescription to us.

  • Request that we call your doctor's office for your prescriptions or refills. Sometimes very busy doctor's offices require up to 3 business days before they can return a call to authorize your prescriptions.

  • You may fax us your prescriptions yourself, but prescriptions faxed by someone other than the doctor require us to call your physician for verification prior to filling your prescription.

  • The slowest method is to mail us your written prescriptions. If you are not in a hurry, this is a still a great way to get your prescriptions on file.

  • Remember: Narcotics and/or Controlled Substance Prescription (such as Vicodin® and Xanax®) may NOT be phoned, faxed, or transferred due to current regulations. They require a doctor's signed prescription to be mailed. Below is our mailing address.
